Dr. Heather Maguire is the founder of DMA. With a background in healthcare leadership and advanced clinical training, she understands the responsibility, ethics, and trust required in patient-centered professions.
Over the course of her career, she has led organizations, built teams, and developed systems that support both operational excellence and sustainable growth. That experience shaped her belief that marketing for dental practices must be strategic, accountable, and aligned with professional standards.

Nate Maguire
Nate, co-founder of DMA, is a seasoned executive with experience as VP of Sales & Marketing at AMI Global and leadership roles at Dover Corp. and Xylem Inc. He holds a BA in Business from Calvin University, an MBA in Marketing from Pepperdine University, and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
